Good day everyone,
I hope you are all well and having a great week so far, welcome to CryptoGod-1's blog on all things sports. Today I will be doing a quick write up on one of my favourite games to play, Football Manager. It does not matter what year of game you own, they are always excellent. I am not going to do a review on the game, instead I am going to share a very cool site I stumbled upon (from Twitter here) which can help give you the ultimate goal in Football Manager.
What is Football Manager
Anybody who is unaware, Football Manager is a simulator game where the players can control a football club and battle to win all the available trophies. Based off of real clubs and competitions, the simulator game series has been around since 1992 as Championship manager. It was originally published by Eidos Interactive but after the breakup of that partnership, Sports Interactive re-branded the game Football Manager with their new publisher Sega. It is released in November every year with updated squads, rules adhering to real life sports, and generally an updated look and game engine.
What is the Ultimate Goal
We all love spending hours getting lost in our tactics, transfers, training, and line-ups which it comes to playing football manager. These site comes up with random scenarios and clubs for a user to manage. It also gives the goal of what you wish to achieve as the manager of that club, and some of them can be pretty random and interesting. Whether it is leaving your staff to do all the work, prioritising a feeder club, sticking to a crazy formation, or spending all your money on one player each summer, the goals generated are certain to add that bit of extra spice to your game save. Below is a link to the generator, along with a few screenshots of some of the random goals which have been given on it. You might find it especially interesting how it likes to choose some of the most random and obscure clubs around to manage.

Random Generator 1 - No players kept over 30

Random Generator 2 - New job every season
That is just two examples, there are plenty more to be found and enjoyed. Simply click the link to the generator and you will be given a random club and goal. Personally I would make a decision before I got to the site that the first idea it give me I stick to, or at most I hit "Generate Idea" maybe 5 times and have to stick to one of the ideas. You could honestly spend hours generating ideas and looking at all the different clubs and career goals it gives you.
Have a great day, I hope you enjoy making a fun game save from the generator, and if you are new to football manager this can be a really fun way to get lost in a save.
Peace. CryptoGod-1.
