Splinterlands, the worlds most popular blockchain based trading card game. They are not only into the blockchain trading card but also soon to be in the RPG and the Tower Defense games soon. Splinterlands also had the fest and the new roadmap updates with various new trading cards and recently they even burned the card set too.

Yesterday they released the roadmap for the Land NFTs. This means they are going to be on the same path as the Sandbox offering the lands to the people who wish to own specific area within the map.

I usually listen to their Townhall discussions and also recently checked their Peakd post. And noticed the update on the LAND NFTs. It seems like there is going to be pretty much rush on the LAND NFTs and I am not going to be surprised if they get sold fast.

Splinterlands has this map on which they would be filling out the LAND slots. And each purchase would fill it up and slowly the entire map would get filled up with the sold NFTs. And then there would not be any more LAND sale on the map. Knowing how their past sales went for the cards sets and also for the game resources like SPS, I am in for the new NFTs that can later be sold at some good amount.

It does not end here, in near future you would be able to survey the land, check resources, rare items and also the special buildings which would have value and some future usage in the possible game scenarios. So interesting times ahead for the splinterlands players.
