The CDGS collection will be launching soon! It is important to prepare to participate in the launch. The steps below may seem a little tedious for those who have not participated on the COSMOS ecosystem previously, but once done it is as easy as any other chain. This tutorial will serve two purposes:
- To prepare and be ready to participate in the CDGS launch
- A learning tutorial for those who have not used the COSMOS ecosystem previously - THIS WILL BE A LEARNING CURVE
Step 1 – Install a Keplr Browser Wallet (For COSMOS Chains)
Watch the video which shows how to install the Keplr Wallet. It is an easy process.

Step 2 – Send some ATOM to Keplr
This can be done from many exchanges that support ATOM and there are many. This tutorial will use Binance but crypto.com and others can be used. Make sure the exchange you use supports COSMOS. Use the COSMOS address in your Keplr Wallet to send funds to (click on it and the address will be copied. For example, cosmos1wz0zgw0dhvftx0c005lj9u0tej3f37ueyr23h0
Once the funds have been sent your balance will show in your Keplr. In this tutorial 6.7 Atom has been sent to the wallet (current value $60)
Step 3 - Connect to https://omniflix.market/ and connect wallet approve
- If you have not used Keplr before it may ask you to connect your wallet and approve (this will add the Omniflix chain to your keplr Wallet)
- If you have used Keplr and Omniflix previously it will connect automatically to your Keplr wallet – use the dropdown in the keplr Waller to scroll down to “Omniflix Hub”
As can be seen from the screenshot, the keplr wallet is open on the Omniflix Hub Chain. The native currency is Flix (not minted yet) – However, you will need flix to do transactions – this is done by requesting a “fee grant” – it takes a second to do.
Step 4 – Get a “Flix” Token Fee Grant
- Once your wallet is connected you will see a blue dot at the top right – click on it and a window will open. CLICK “Request Fee Grant” and follow the prompts. You may need to scroll down.
The Keplr will ask you to approve the transaction – click approve
On Omniflix you will now see “Fee Allowance Received” (the orange block)
Your Flix balance will still show zero – ignore this you will have free Flix transactions for 30 days.
Step 5 – Juno Token is Required to Participate in the CDGS Mint
Omniflix Network uses multiple currencies that can be used on the network. However, to purchase the Cryptocurrency Degenerates NFT participants will need to use JUNO – JUNO can be purchased on Osmosis Chain
Open a new tab https://app.osmosis.zone
Check the box and proceed
You may need to connect your Keplr Wallet or it may connect automatically. If it is not connected then connect it (bottom right). If the wallet is connected it will say “sign out”
If your wallet is not connected it will say “connect wallet” – For transactions later use “low transaction fees” and it will be free. On Osmosis fees are all in OSMO token.
Step 6 – Juno Token must now be purchased with Atom - The Atom in your Keplr will need to be transferred to OSMOSIS Chain
- On the Osmosis chain on the left click on Assets
In assets scroll down and to Atom and click on “deposit” to the right of Atom
Connect your wallet again if needed
Once you click deposit the screen below will appear
a) You will notice that your source wallet on Keplr is automatically detected and yourAtom wallet on OSMOSIS is detected
b) Add the amount you want to transfer. In this instance, there are 6.7 and 6.2 will be transferred
c) Add 6.2 to the box [ALWAYS leave some Atom in your wallet for fees later]
d) Click deposit
Once you click deposit you will need to approve the transaction (Do not be fearful, any failed transactions on COSMOS will be returned - funds can not be lost)
a) Make sure you use "low transactions fees" and then fees will be free (You have no OSMO token yet)
b) Approve the transaction as shown below with "low transaction fees"
In Assets, the Atom tokens will now be visible
The next step is to click on TRADE (top left). The window below will open.
a) For future use on OSMOSIS get a small amount of OSMO for transaction fees. As seen below 0.4 of OSMO is being purchased (dozens of transactions. "Low Transaction fees" can be used currently for free fees, but this will change in the future.
b) Click "Swap" and approve
c) In assets you will now have some OSMO token
NOW YOU NEED TO SWAP THE BALANCE OF YOUR ATOM FOR JUNO (Juno will be needed for the mint)
a) Using the dropdown menus select ATOM and JUNO
b) For ATOM click max to use all your ATOM (or you may only use some) - Approximately $7 - $10 (2.5 to 3.5) of JUNO is needed to purchase an NFT (at current value of Juno
c) Click SWAP and the approve the transaction
d) Now return to assets and you will have JUNO in your OSMOSIS chain wallet (But it does need to be on Omniflix chain - next step)
Step 7 - JUNO must now be transferred to Omniflix chain - This requires 2 steps (A & B)
Step A: Withdraw to your Keplr wallet
a) In Assets on OSMOSIS next to JUNO (far right) click on Withdraw
b) Once you click "withdraw the following screen will open
Once again your OSMOSIS JUNO WALLET and Keplr JUNO wallets are detected
- Click "max" to withdraw all your JUNO to Keplr
- Then click "Withdraw"
Once you click withdraw approve the transaction with "low transaction fees" or medium or high because you do have OSMO token in your OSMOSIS wallet
Step B: Transfer to Omniflix Wallet and be ready for the Mint
a) Return to your keplr Wallet & using the dropdown menu go to JUNO chain
b) Your JUNO balance will now show in your Keplr JUNO wallet
Alpha Peak: Later this is where your CDGS tokens will be. All NFT owners will receive CDGS tokens (On JUNO chain).
The CryptoDegenNFT will be on Omniflix chain
THE JUNO TOKENS NOW NEED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO OMNIFLIX CHAIN FOR THE MINT
a) Open again https://omniflix.market in your browser
b) Your wallet will automatically connect - if it does not then connect it
c) Click the blue dot on the top right - this will open your Omniflix Wallet - scroll down to the Tokens
d) Next to JUNO click "Deposit"
- You will have to approve the connection
e) The Deposit box will appear
-The Juno in your Keplr and the address will be automatically detected (this one has 15.78 JUNO)
f) Select the amount that you wish to deposit (REMEMBER - always leave some JUNO in your Keplr JUNO wallet for fees)
- In this example 15 JUNO will be deposited and .78 left for fees (dozens of fees)
-On Omniflix chain fees are in FLIX (you have already processed the grant so you do not pay fees)
g) Now confirm IBC deposit details
h) Now approve transaction details - these fees will be in Flix - click low, average or high (fees are covered by fee grant)
i) Once you click "approve" the transaction will process and the JUNO will appear in your OMNIFLIX wallet
Congratulations! You are now ready for the mint/launch

MAKE SURE THAT YOU CLICK ON "HOME" - NOT MARKETPLACE - FIND THE CRYPTOCURRENCY DEGENERATES NFT ART PROJECT AND CLICK THE MINT BUTTON (FOLLOW THE STEPS)
