What is PoR?
Based on what I understand in Proof of rounds, it is a type of blockchain work wherein there are protocols or hierarchy when it comes to the decision as well as what nodes are in charge of guarding each other and verifying transactions.
There is a root node, which is the main node. Followed by Master nodes that ensures the redundancy of information and blockchain records mainly. Followed by SN or super nodes. Super nodes is distributed again wherein they will be the one to distribute and verify the transactions to the NN or normal nodes.
You see, there is a robust network wherein if one node has a downtime, there won't be any offline time in the whole system because there is a resilient infrastructure that could cover the downtime of other nodes.
In networking of computers, it is called as 'redundancy' wherein if a pathway is offline, it will open the OSPF or Opening of the shortest path first for the fastest transaction time.

With those features, it is exciting to say that BEXAM will be having its own exchange. Now that is really exciting for me because what they have created is not just a coin for the blockchain community but also a functioning exchange.
