The Daily cocktail - ESPRESSO MARTINI
-1.5 Shots of Vodka 37.5ml
-Single Shot kahlua 25ml
-1 Double Espresso
-Double Shot sugar syrup 50ml (can be reduced to 1.5 shots 37.5ml if it too sweet)
-Shaken and Double Strained over a Chilled Martini Glass
-Then Garnished to your Liking
1.Throw 1.5 shots of Vodka into a shaker. 37.5ml
2.Then throw a shot of kahlua into the shaker. 25ml
3.Add the Double Espresso and 4 blocks of ice.
4.Then add Double Shot sugar syrup 50ml (can be reduced to 1.5 shots 37.5ml if it too sweet).
5.Close the shaker and give it a very hard quick shake to ensure foam and to not water down the drink.
6.Then Double strained over a Chilled Martini Glass and Garnish to your liking.
