Before you read this article check out the analysis on BTC that i did 2 weeks ago to understand better what is happening and what could happen!

Since November BAT was trading above 1 dollar, that price was the critical support to continue Uptrend.

But in the last couple of days that support was tested and failed, right now is trading at 0,97 usdt. The reason is obvious, BTC is also doing a downtrend and lost 20% in 2 weeks. We can now officialy say that BTC is in a downtrend in the midle and short term, also if BTC loses the 40k support we can see a long term downtrend that could be "bad" for BAT and the other altcoins.

BAT lost EMA 99 and EMA 56, also lost a up channel and right now is trying to get a support on EMA 200 at 0,97usdt if BTC doesn't hold oon 40k or even if BAT doesn't hold on 0,97 the next big support is between 0,70 and 0,75 i believe that before going to that support retorns to 1,10 but i also believe is going to be rejected there.

In the photo below you can see the yellow lines as a support, the Purple lines as a resistence the green lines as a up chanel that was break to the down side. The orange line is EMA 200 like i said is a support right now, we also have Black line EMA 500 that is the major support and finnaly the White line EMA99 that is the new resistence.

The RSI is below 50 on the daily and is at 50 on the weekly chart that means this week BAT could get a resistence at 0,97 but next week if break that it will break 50 RSI on the weekly chart and a bear market will start on the weekly chart witch means that for the next months BAT is going to lower prices. 

Now this is what i think it could happen next weeks... BUT don't you think i'm a time traveler, what i'm saying is a possible price action that could happen! Be aware that i could be totaly wrong!
