28000 BTCs has been deposited to Binance Exchange, is this belong to Tesla and Elon Musk?

Recently there have been made a very huge transaction about 28000 Bitcoins has been deposited to the world most leading Exchange (Binance) which this amount is estimated to be $893,440,800 depending on the currently bitcoin price.

But this amount of 28000 Bitcoins is similar to the number of Bitcoins that tesla was purchased at the price rate of bitcoin at that time.

Also, this massive transaction seems to pump the bitcoin market yesterday at 21 JULY, 2021 from $29000 to $32000. Recently there was a rumours news which claims that Elon Musk has got a warning from hackers about his bitcoins holdings, so is that transaction belongs to Tesla and Elon Musk maybe they did this transaction after that warning from hackers and they decide to keep it to Binance secretly without anyone to know?
