Details surrounding the highly anticipated soft staking option for Zilliqa and have been announced today.
The Zilliqa team announced that they'd be arranging for as close to a 10% APR rate if possible and all you need to do is hold the tokens in the appropriate wallet on Binance or KuCoin. How many tokens will be needed to activate the staking feature hasn't been announced yet and will be determined by the exchanges themselves. Both Binance and KuCoin plan to implement soft staking for Zilliqa on June 18th. This coin has been on a bull run since the March 2020 crash and I really don't see signs of it slowing down any time soon.
If you don't know about Zilliqa, it's the first coin to introduce and incorporate sharding, a process that breaks up transaction blocks into smaller pieces to solve the scaling issues many other blockchains were facing. It also has a decentralized web being built on it with short addresses such as klymacks.crypto or klymacks.zil to forward transactions to instead of long addresses like zil15.....23o8 (check that out here) as well as a fully featured exchange in the works called HG.Exchange that is working with Elon Musk to allow you to tokenize and exchange traditional stocks like SpaceX and Tesla alongside cryptocurrencies.
