Happy New Year guys!! 

2025 is the year I had been looking forward for a long time. This is going to be my 3rd bull run with crypto and I hope to not make the same mistakes I did during the previous cycles. Since 2023 I started planning out how will I lay the foundation to build a diverse portfolio so I am ready for the big bull run. When 2024 started I made a detailed post on how I plan to make life changing gains this cycle by funnelling my earnings from the airdrops into the projects I have selected. I even got into several Memecoins getting inspired by recommendations from Murad. I thought I did well on being flexible to adapt to the latest narratives that develop in crypto. 

Soon I realised that the speed at which new narratives develop in crypto is getting crazier with each cycle. Just when Memecoins had started to gain momentum a new narrative around AI came in and funds swiftly started moving from Memecoins to AI projects. To manage that I did some last minute adjustments around Christmas to my portfolio to make sure I am covering some good AI projects before heading into 2025.

Before we dive into the details I would like to highlight that the approach I am going to share now in as per my risk tolerance and you need to DYOR like always before making a decision.

1. AI will be the Key Narrative in 2025!

It is very clear that AI is going to fuel the last phase of bull run in 2025. I did not pay attention to AI sector for most of 2025 and though I did hear about ai16z and Virtuals platform I more or less ignored them. I was somehow convinced that Memecoins will drive the mass adoption in 2025.

Once we got into December I realised AI is not going to a small side play but the centre of all the action in 2025. I started moving some funds from my Memecoins bag into the AI projects I liked from a long term perspective.

I know that Solana started the AI wave but from what I have analysed so far I strongly feel Virtuals on Base is going to get the maximum attention this cycle. There was initially some resistance in people moving to Base as it meant moving into EVM and bridging funds. I was fortunate that I was grinding for many projects on Base since its launch on the hopes of getting a big airdrop. Base it seems will not give an airdrop after all but I was able to find some good projects to put my Base funds into.

There are many AI projects on Base that look interesting but I am listing below the top3 where I have more than 80% of my AI portfolio funds into.

• VIRTUALS- This is the backbone of AI framework on Base and I think the more AI projects grow on Base higher will be the demand for Virtuals. I got into Virtuals late as I started buying it at $1 to $1.5 range from end of November when it had already pumped a lot and early investors had already made a 100X from the initial price of $0.01 in January. During December the price of Virtuals pumped from $1 to $5 level now. This shows that Virtuals will continue to grow as more developments happen in AI space
• AIXBT- One of the biggest projects on Virtuals and expect it to grow bigger during 2025
• AIXCB- This is a relatively new project launched a few days before Christmas and I got into it from the first day of it’s launch. I think it has the potential to do a 100X in 2025 as it has a pool of rewards which are awarded to users staking the native AIXCB tokens on the platform. I am already sitting on a 10X from my entry price but I will start booking some profits after I hit the 100X mark and let the remaining bag ride into 1,000X.

I have taken a small position into Vapor, which is going to be the AI platform on Hyperliquid but I will probably write a separate post on that and not get into too many details here.

2. Memecoins will go Parabolic in 2025!

Memecoins get the most diverse reaction from the crypto fraternity. Half the community loves it and half the community considers it the most evil aspect of crypto. The fact remains that you need to separate your emotions and focus on getting the gains. With Memecoins it is important to regularly book profits as they can pump and dump without any notice. Most recent example was how Elon pumped Kekis and then at the same rate it dumped when he removed the reference from his X account.

Recently funds are flowing out from memes into AI projects but I think there definitely will be another meme coin rally sometime in 2025 and the 3 main coins I am betting big on are:

• POPCAT- This was the first meme I got on Solana and it already gave me over 300X as I got into it early. I have booked some profits and holding the rest for the next rally 
• AXOL- This is my favourite meme on SUI and has a lot of room to pump as it’s market cap is less than $50 M
• SIGMA- This is not in the top 10 of Murad’s list but I think for a project around $30M the community is very active. It has held strong during the past dips and I think it will outperform the market in next meme coin rally 

3. SUI has the Potential to be Next Solana!

Looking at the L1s I feel SUI has the strongest chance to give Solana a run for it’s money. It has done very well in the last quarter of 2024 and looks solid moving into 2025. Most of the projects running on SUI are very small so once SUI gets funds they will grow exponentially. Many airdrops are expected soon on SUI so that makes the deal even better.

My top 3 picks in SUI are:

• SUI- I am planning to stack up as much SUI as possible till it is available under the $5 range
• TURBOS- I like this SUI Dex and won’t be surprised if it pumps hard in the next leg up
• SUIYAN- I already mentioned AXOL as my top SUI meme coin and I would like to add SUIYAN to the list. It is currently at less than $2M market cap so it is the riskiest pick but also has the highest scope to give life changing gains
