Did You Say Bitcoin?

It was summer of 2010 my final year of high school, my grades were terrible and i had no idea of which particular job I'd wanted to work, I went to google using my iphone 3 and searched "How To Make Money Online" if there was anything i had figured out by that age it's that the internet is one major corporation waiting for innovative ideas to produce and generate income. "Money Makes The World Turn"

At first i got a lot of Forex links and after a while started to see links about "Satoshi" "Cryptocurrency" and "Bitcoin" a digital currency. I was persuaded by the orange logo after seeing it pop up a couple of times so i decided to go ahead and see what it's all about.

As confused as i was back then not knowing anything else about money besides being able to exchange it for goods and services, I naturally went to my peers and elders to see if they heard of this new currency which is digital and what their thoughts are on it.

I went to my dad, teachers, coaches friends, work colleagues.

As you would have guessed, Bitcoin being fresh where the internet hardly knew about it or even the name "Satoshi Nakamoto" I received many negative comments on the idea leaving me to forget about deciding to depositing money into my bank account to buy some digital currency (I was 16 and highly dependent on my parents, It would've been money i didn't earn and what if i got scammed? I couldn't risk it knowing the financial situation we were in) I backed out of the going forward with the investment option straight into Forex Leverage Trading. Haha!

Mind you in 2010 $BTC pumped to 9 cents USD!

This was my first encounter with Bitcoin, drop comments, likes and tips, share my article and I will write you where i saw Bitcoin next.
