Today's falls have definitely been felt. Capitalisation has declined by almost 10 per cent and now stands at $1.4 trillion. Most likely, some cryptocurrencies have risen strongly or have been played big on leverage, as today's volume increased by more than 400%.

Bitcoin's dominance at the same level and continues at 61%. In contrast, the price of this largest asset fell sharply, by a full 9.5% reaching a price of $44,500.

Cardano is today the fastest growing cryptocurrency in the Top 100 in terms of price, having achieved an increase of 13% and 37% on a weekly basis

In the DeFI market, similar declines. Anyswap, Alpha Finance and Venus all scored declines of over 10%. DeFi's capitalisation currently stands at $66.7 billion.
