Hello friends!
Got a special surprise for you wonderful people today. I've decided to do a bit of investigating on how to maximize engagement on Publish0x posts, and I'll be sharing those results with you now!
If you're wondering why I'd share this instead of keep it for myself...
Honestly, I love you guys. The fact that you follow my blog means everything to me, and I will always strive to be the best content creator possible for you all, even if that means giving up a bit of my competitive advantage.
Anyways, enough rambling--let's dive in!
To gather intel on the best day and time to post on Publish0x to maximize views & tips, I reached out to the Publish0x support email directly, as well as the Twitter DMs of a P0x team member that I know has the inside scoop. After getting a few nuggets of information from both, I'll definitely be implementing some changes to my posting routine moving forward!
Question #1: Best time of day to post?
For the sake of privacy, I've opted to not share an image of the Twitter DMs shared between myself and the P0x team member, but in short, they informed me that it's ideal to post around "working hours UTC+2".
Assuming this means the usual 9-5, the USA timezone equivalent to said hours are: 12AM-8AM PST (3AM-11AM EST).
Question #2: Best day of the week to post?

So, nothing incredibly definitive...but then again, nothing is when a site is this young in its adoption cycle!
My immediate thought was that this could go both ways--is it better to post when there's more traffic (higher competition, higher view potential), or less traffic (lower view potential, lower competition)?
I'd say this depends mainly on how the ratio of authors to readers fluctuates from weekday to weekend, which we do not know.
Feel free to draw your own conclusions, but personally, I'd rather roll the dice on the higher traffic times in hopes of hitting a big winner.
That's all I've got for today, folks!
If you appreciate me sharing this information with you, a Follow is the best way to say thanks :)
Got some really awesome content coming up, stay tuned!
