Piggy Coin -- Introduce your children to crypto and teach them how to be as miserable as you are

Children are our greatest resource and it's our duty to teach them how to be responsible adults. And what is more responsible than giving them a lesson in how to be miserable? But how do we get their attention? BTC doesn't have a cool logo, Dogecoin could work, but to be honest that dog looks kind of scary. No worries, there is a coin that perfectly fits the bill -- Piggy Coin.

With a cool logo that looks like a fat piggy bank, and a website with drawings by children, they obviously are going for the correct demographic for out little evil experiment, err, life lesson, I mean. My five-year old daughter would be my own test subject.

She at first thought it was cool to have her own virtual piggy bank. Although she never quite understood why her allowance was 'virtual' and how she wasn't given any real money. But I pointed out how it would keep increasing in value over time. Or it would keep decreasing forever... for some odd reason she didn't like that part of the equation. Currently ranked #1286, there was only room to grow, I explained, and how could such a cool cryptocurrency ever decrease in value?

Every day for a year my daughter asked about the price of her "allowance" and I watched proudly as her face scrunched up in disgust when I told her it went down again today. Eventually she figured out how to check the price herself using her ipad, and it reminded me so much of myself, sunken eyed, staring at charts, wondering how things could go so wrong.

Eventually after seemingly every exchange dropped the coin and it no longer even traded against btc anymore, she came to me with tears in her eyes, wondering what she would do now? I told her proudly, "HODL", it will be worth millions one day, mark my words.

Now, another year later, she just sits all day staring at her ipad, muttering to herself about "altcoin season" and how she hates pigs. She is pale, with circles under her bloodshot eyes, and looking more like an adult than I could have imagined. What a great parent I am, I provided my child with the experiences of being a crypto owner, and at such a young age.

So teach your child the valuable lessons we as crypto people know all so well, and Piggy Coin is the perfect vehicle to start your loved one off with -- sooner than you think they'll be an adult, or at least start looking like one.
