SEC and Ripple's case ends, XRP is free to gaze fodder like Bull. Let's get into more.
XRP gain and SEC lawsuit
XRP is gaining ground in the cryptocurrency market, with some analysts recognising Brad Garlinghouse's recent announcement as the conclusion of Ripple's legal struggle with the SEC. However, I do not believe the gains are just due to XRP's legal success in the US but rather to the overall market condition.
Bitnomial for Grand with XRP
Following Brad Garlinghouse's declaration, CFTC-regulated Futures & Options Exchange Bitnomial dropped its case against the SEC and intends to offer an XRP futures product. This is a favourable development for XRP, but the overall market position remains unclear. So if you are thinking of investing in it, then DYOR.
XRP stockpile?
Garlinghouse has also stated that he is working to include XRP in the US stockpile (Altcoin Reserve), which is also assisting XRP's market influence; however, I doubt there is a need to get into all of this because tax money will not be used to create the stockpile because only altcoins from confiscations and donations are used to create the stockpile.
