Terra Luna Drama In Korea
A South Korean court recently issued an arrest warrant against Terra co-founder Do Kwon, allegedly after Korea's Financial Security Crimes team found evidence of "fraudulent transactions" in the form of investment contract securities.
In July 2022, the home of Terraform co-founder Daniel Shin was raided in South Korea over an investigation into the collapse of Terra. The sword of arrest was also hanging on Do Kwon, so he did not return to Korea.
Diplomatic Korean Drama
South Korea has no bilateral extradition treaty with Singapore, so it was difficult to press for Kwon, but, South Korea has diplomatic government. The current President of South Korea, Yoon Suk-yeol, was the head of the prosecutors and is known to be very quick at putting people in jail, which even led to his suspension.
In diplomacy, Seoul authorities revoked Do Kwon's passport, which now puts Kwon in the status of an "illegal foreigner" in every other country, making extradition possible.

However, a tech samartan like Do Kwon knows how to hide himself, he escaped from Singapore and is on unknown location, he is still active in social media, speaking his points, and keeping himself safe.
