The US Securities and Exchange Commission has withdrawn its lawsuit against Ripple and its officials, making Ripple the winner.

     Ripple miraculously won its three-year legal battle with the SEC; the SEC's appeal against this decision was also rejected. So SEC had nothing; some people are calling it a settlement between the SEC and Ripple, but according to Ripple, it is SEC's surrender.

 Fear  of Authority is reduced in the crypto world

     The crypto industry is under pressure from authorities everywhere, many authorities doesn't listen to anyone. The SEC's shameful defeat against Ripple has sent a message to the US crypto industry that the authorities can be opposed if you face bravely.

XRP gets bulls

     Ripple's native token, XRP's bulls, got green pasture when Ripple first won against the SEC, but it fell again when the SEC attempted to appeal against the ruling. Now the SEC will not appeal, so XRP has an opportunity to grow.
