Okay first of all, there are so many combat NFTs for this game that do absolutely nothing. The only way to "use" them is to just sell them to someone else for a higher price than you paid for it.
That's right, there's no functionality for combat cards within the game other than simply displaying in the game. It just seems unprofessional and like a bit of a cash grab to sell the NFTs before there is any use for them. It just seems like a huge failing on their part to not provide the gameplay that comes with the item they're selling.
The other issue I have with the game is the seemingly arbitrary character which is just "male" or "female." This is 2022 and we're still splitting people into binaries set by their sex rather than gender? It just especially doesn't make sense when it doesn't have an impact on the game. Why label them in this way at all?
I don't care if I sound like an SJW or whatever by complaining about this labeling, because I do think it needs to be addressed in some way. They either shouldn't be labeled by sex, or there shouldn't be a distinction at all. And I know this could prove difficult considering they're NFTs already dispersed to many wallets. That doesn't change the fact that it is less than an ideal labelling.
All that said, I still enjoy playing the game, and continue to each day. I just find these two aspects to be incredibly annoying.
