NANO is one crypto that I've gotten into recently. It's a great coin with an ever-increasing value, and my favorite part is that it's feeless and instant! If you want to get your hands on some Nano, here I'll be showing my favorite ways of getting Nano at no cost at all.

What is Nano?

To put it simply, Nano is a digital currency that is decentralized, sustainable, and secure. It's designed to be efficient and accessible while staying feeless and instant. If you want to go into it even more, you can read the quote below straight from Nano's website at

Nano is decentralized, sustainable, and secure digital money focused on addressing the inefficiencies present in existing financial systems. Uniquely designed to provide simple peer-to-peer transfer of value, Nano empowers individuals with the most efficient and accessible digital money possible, connecting them to the global economy with minimal impact. Nano provides an intuitive experience that feels like digital currency should - no fuss, no fees, no waiting. This is what an accessible and easy-to-use digital money experience should feel like.

How do I get started?

To get started with Nano, create a wallet to store your Nano. Some sites I've seen to create your first wallet are,,, and more. Nano's site lists out a sizeable number of options to store your NANO, so I encourage you to check it out!

How do I start earning?

The best way to earn in the beginning would be a Nano faucet. Faucets payout Nano for free, so it's a brilliant way to get started. These are the faucets I've used: will payout 0.015% of the balance in the faucet. I'm unaware of how many times you can use it, as I haven't been able to use it again since using it. will payout some Nano, though I'm not sure how much. I'm also not sure how many times it can be used, so check it out yourself! pays out 0.0001% of the faucet balance. It seems you can claim Nano every 24 hours, though I may be wrong.

This one is an Android app. It pays out small amounts of Nano to you every hour, but you have to go into the app to claim it. You can also get Nano from the app by watching ads, filling out surveys, downloading apps, and more! Check it out here:

Any more ways to earn?

Yes! There are more ways to earn than faucets. lists out a lot of options, and this is where I found a lot of inspiration! I'll go over the services I've used for earning Nano.

This is another Android app, and similar to TipNano, you get Nano for completing surveys, watching ads, and downloading apps. I've had an impressive experience with it so far and got over 1 Nano in a few minutes. I'm currently playing a game (that's actually pretty fun) that will pay out over 11 Nano when I reach a certain level! I'll see if I get my payout or not, but based on the great reviews on the Play Store, I'm confident in the service. Though this is Android only at the moment, an iOS version seems to be coming out very soon according to Quicrypto's website!

EarnAcademy has payouts for answering simple questions based on a video or website most of the time. You can earn some quick Nano from this site, but from my experience, the number of questions on the platform is very limited. In the past few months, there's only been one question posted! I wouldn't rely on EarnAcademy for a consistent "Nano income."

WeNano is a way to receive Nano from others! It's a mobile app available on both iOS and Android where people set up "spots." If someone enters within a certain range of that spot, they're eligible to receive Nano from the spot creator! Spots are customizable by the creator, so they decide if it's visible on the map, the range of where someone can collect Nano and more. While I don't have any visible spots near me, it's worth a look to see if you have anywhere nearby to claim Nano! You can check them out here:

Overall, I've enjoyed my time getting into Nano and earning it! I think Nano has the potential to become widespread for payments and much more. Many merchants are already incorporating Nano, and you can see what to do with Nano here: Another fun resource I found for testing the speed of Nano is a Nano transaction speed test! You can do one yourself here: I hope to write again soon about this amazing cryptocurrency and share more about it on Publish0x.
