Bitpanda completes second BEST Token Burn

Bitpanda held an IEO in 2019 and then raised 43.6 million and issued the BEST token to users.
In the same step, Bitpanda also released the Bitpanda Global Exchange, which was later renamed Bitpanda Pro.
Today Bitpanda has completed its second tokenburn since the IEO and burned 22,793,488 BEST worth € 2,058,252.

"We burned more than 25% of BEST used for trading premiums in the time between the 31st of January, 2020 and today"

This corresponds to approximately 4.3% of the BEST in circulation. Compared to the first burn, the amount of BEST burned has more than doubled. Not only because BEST is used more actively and new features are constantly being added, but probably also precisely because of this, the price of BEST also increased from ~ 0.07 € to ~ 0.09 € in the period from the last burn.
The next burn will be on July 30th and will further reduce the amount of BEST in circulation.

So it remains exciting how the BEST Rewards which will be paid for holding the tokens on May 1st, 2020 will affect the price.
