Greetings summoners of Splinterlands and "blockchainers"!

I finally decided to participate in Splinterlands weekly challenge(s) and share some cool battles with you.

This week is all about blasting your foes as highlighted ruleset is: Explosive Weaponry. All units gain the Blast ability. Which just means that their attacks hit monster(s)/card(s) adjacted to the main target too; but only for 1/2 damage, rounded up thankfully. 😈

MY HUMBLE EXAMPLE OF A BATTLE:

```
We are in Diamond (modern league).
We have 28 mana to work with.
Rules are as follows: + 2 🛡, no magic monsters and highlighted explosive weaponry.
Most splinters are open.
Fire could work, but mana is too low for Jacek play.🙁
Death seems too slow. 😣
Earth is just meh without magic. 🙃
Water always works. 👍
 WHY? WHY? WHY?
Baakjira in 1st position. Just look at that stats ... one of the craziest tanks in game. it has slow ability too, which always helps in explosive weaponry - you want to blast them first! 😈315f1ad238430e6ee4fa2e1d29a56b77946149df49d7b6b37680dba8a2cdb865.pngIn 2nd Tide biter. His second ability - reflection shield makes him immune to blast damage, obvious choice to complement frontline in Baakjira.
Gold (so beautiful) Pelacor Bandit in the 4th position in a way working as a core of my team. Attacking first and hopefully receiving benefits from martyr card positioned next to him.
Selfless rat also (rarely) known as Venari Marksrat comes 5th. As mentioned, its job is to block blast damage for Pelacor Bandit and die😇 providing him with + all stats due to martyr ability.
Lastly, in 6th Uraeus. Cheap when it comes to mana, doing similar job as Pelacor Bandit, but at the same time being more dispensable - protecting while attacking. 😈
HOW? HOW? HOW?
Here is how: Battle link
We both chose similar teams with biggest difference being frontline and martyry vs no-martyry. So, lets focus on that while we glance over clutch moments.
At the start of 2nd round my Venari Marksrat sadly passed away 😵 - activating martyry on both Pelacor Bandit and Uraeus, refreshing their shields in the process.
In previous round(s) we managed to thin their defenses ...
+ Due to higher speed, we attacked first in 3rd.
= Clear victory 😍
Final blow ... almost. 😅
Conclusion:
Veni, vidi, vici? 😎
Use Venari Marksrat more often?🤓
Use reflection shield when they wanna blast your a**. 🤗
Baakjira does NOT die. 😌
Speed is the key. ♿️
