My experience using the Coinpot/Mooncoin Faucets

By Crafty Chiron | Crafty Chiron | 21 Feb 2020

As I am new the crypto world I decided to try my hand with a currency that I received from faucets before I use some of my own money. To that end I have tried a few difference faucets. Some are good and some can drive you mad.

This is my experience using the Coinpot/Mooncoin faucets for about 9 days as of writing this. The Mooncoin faucet is a collection of faucets with allow you to claim difference coins. Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Litecoin and Dash that you can claim.

Like most faucets you just have to solve a Captcha and click a button to claim. You do need to turn off your ad blocker to use the website though. You can claim multiple times a day, with a minimum limit of 5 minutes between claims. The longer the you go between claims the more you will receive per claim.

There is also a daily log in bonus. Which goes up each consecutive day that claim. This bonus will go away if you miss a day.

These claims are received in the Coinpot micro-wallet. I will post links to the different faucets at the bottom.

Coinpot Dashboard

As you can see in the upper left corner there is something called Coinpot Tokens. These are tokens that you receive every time that you claim from a faucet. You receive 3 tokens per claim. Each token is about 0.036 doge. These tokens can be converted to any of the other currencies, if fact you can convert any of the other currencies into difference one. They state that there are no fees involved at all in any conversion.

The Coinpot wallet has good security. If you login from a new IP address the will send you an email to authorize it. You have to enter your password for convert one currency to another and to withdraw your coins. When you do decide that you want to withdraw they will send you a confirmation email the verify and the link in the email does expire after 60 minutes. They do state that there are not withdrawal fees.

The minimum withdrawal amounts are:

Bitcoin (BTC): 0,0001

Bitcoin Cash (BCH): 0,001

Dogecoin (DOGE): 100

Litecoin (LTC): 0,002

Dash (DASH): 0,002

I have withdrawn about 0,005 dash. The process took less the 24 hours from the withdrawn verification to having the funds in my wallet.

To make things easier for myself, I created a folder on my Brave browser bookmark called “Moon”, I right click it and then click open all, to open all of them at once and claim from all of them. The whole process takes less then 2 minutes and I can do this about 3 times a day.

My final thoughts

So far I have had a good experience with the faucet system. While there are a few  pop-up ads her and there, it is far less the some of the other ones that I have seen. Thee coins that you can claim are the more popular ones, it has good security and it does pay out. So I would recommend it to anyone wanted to get a some crypto currency to play around with.

I have attached my referral links, if you like to use them that would be appreciated if not you can just search in moon coin faucets in you search engine and they show up for you.
