I recently created an account on the trustdice gambling site. In addition to the games, they have a number of coins they offer as a faucet service.
The site is cleanly designed, the faucets have no capthca and the payment high (100 sats for claim). The downside was the 6 hour wait period but 200 to 300 sats a day was a pretty decent claim, I figured.
So I built up a figure, hoping to split my balance between playing and withdrawals, since the minimum payment was high enough to be risky for a first deposit.
Lo and behold, when I tried to log in, I was informed that my login credentials were incorrect. The password reset function reported my email as unknown.
I kicked off a query to the online support system, and their response was quick.
However, the support staff with the stock photo like picture informed me that the account may have been removed because the email was not set. "Excuse me," I said. "My account was well verified."
"I can't see any record of it," she said.
"You can create another account with the same details," Miss Stock Photo continued.
"Well, that sucks, but ok", I murmured.
"She was so nice, " I thought. "What could go wrong? Maybe I should register again."
I trudged back to the register page, only to be informed that the account already existed on the system. Sigh.
Oh well, Trustdice. We had it good, while it lasted.
