Splinterlands | Reward Card Accumulation Progress

By costanza | costanza | 26 Aug 2023

It has been just over half a year since the new Soulbound Reward cards were introduced (Link) in Splinterlands. I have been accumulating since the start and this is tha progress I have made toward a full for Gold League...

Collecting cards and trying to complete a set remains a very enjoyable part of Splinterlands. It might be overwhelming at the start but if you stay consistent it all adds up over time. I'm not sure for how long the Soulbound Reward cards will continue to be printed but they should go for at least 1 year before a new set arrives. For this set, there are 12 Common Cards, 12 Rare Cards of which 6 Summoners, 7 Epic Cards, and 12 Legendary Cards.

For a Max Gold League Set it takes 220 Common Cards, 60 Rare Cards, 32 Epic Cards, 6 Legendary Cards.

Common Reward Cards

Common cards currently range from 118% complete for the card I earned the most to just 55% of the card I earned the least but it's fair to say that is will be quite easy to complete these during the print rate. In total after 7 months, I have them at 84% Complete.

Summoner Reward Cards

The summoners likely will be the most used cards by many lower-budget players once the print ends. I don't consider them overpowered though. At most, I have one 98% complete while the least only is at 43%. All combined, I'm at just 67% to complete these cards.

Rare Reward Cards

When it comes down to the ragular rare reward cards, I'm 78% complete with already 1 of them at 100% while the least is still below half needed to get it at max gold level.

Epic Reward Cards

The trend pretty much continues on the Epic cards with a lower overall % completed. After 7 Months, I only am 33% into completing them while the rare cards are at 73% and the common cards are at 84%

Legendary Reward Cards

So far, I managed to collect more legendaries compared to epics at 38% complete compared to just 33% for the epics. I however still have to get my first Legendary at Max level while there are 2 cards where I haven't yet gotten a single copy.

Conclusion

Everything combined after collecting Soulbound Reward cards from the past 7 months in Splinterlands, I'm just over halfway complete at 57%. It is clear that the common cards have the highest print rate and this decreases as cards get more rare. I do expect at least a full year of these cards being printed and possibly longer.
