Splinterlands | Lost Magic Battle Challenge

Another game rule in the Share Your Battle Challenge which is also called the Battle Mage Secrets for Splinterlands. This is the rule where No Magic can be used!

What I wrote last time this was the game rule is...

I pretty much stand by what I wrote last time as it's still a valid strategy despite all the changes and new cards that have been introduced since. It also shows in the game that I played for this challenge.

The other 2 game rule were that Ranged attack got reflected and all Melee Monsters got the sneak attack.

I did play the Life Summoner and I was forced to waste 3 mana as it's simply too expensive to get my Beta Life Summoner from Level 6 to Level 8. I played the Shielbearer as my main tank as it has Shield + Taunt + som armor making it one of the strongest options in this case since it sucks up a ton of damage. The Sacred Unicorn which I recently got to max level in 2nd place has Piercing while it is also protected against blast with self-heal. The Jared Scar in 3rd post is a extremely strong and fun monster to play in a rule like this as it's bound to pick up a lot of extra stats. Knowing my opponent for sure was going to play the Demorilize ability, I had to counter it playing the Silvershield Knight. The Warrior of Piece was sure to reduce a lot of the incoming damage and the Legionnaire Alvar also had demoralize in case my opponent would go all out on Melee.

The max level battles are so much more fun compared to silver/gold which have far less abilities. I did win the match easily but it might have been close in case the opponent didn't have 1 50% Retalliate ability hit on my Jared Scar. The sad thing about all of it right now is that there is no real way wor new casual players to experience this kind of fun that the game offers, if anything that needs to be fixed but looking at how often the ball has been dropped in the past I kind of fear if will never happen.
