The tokenomics are extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of blockchain programming most ICOs will go over a typical investor's head. There's also Satishi's cryptic persona, which is deftly woven into his whitepaper – his personal philosophy draws heavily from Cypherpunk literature, for instance. Blockchain enthusiasts understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the opportunities of this technology, to realize that it's not just profitable – but has the potential to improve LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike crypto truly ARE idiots – of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Zhao Changpeng's existential catchphrase "Funds are safu", which itself is a cryptic reference to Lem's Sci-Fi classic “His Master's Voice”.
