In my previously post here, I had written good things about them but I still had some doubts. For the past week since my last post on them, I have been consistently collecting XLM as I'm a bit short of the withdrawal minimum. I managed to reach withdrawal last night and decided to do a withdrawal instead of keeping it in there for staking. As there is no fees when withdrawing to Binance Exchange, I used this option and input my Binance XLM address. Below is the screenshot that I had requested for the payment.  

However when I logged in back this morning, there is no record of my payment already. I initially thought the transfer might have already gone through  but after going to my Binance account, I couldn't see any new XLM transferred in at all. My XLM balance in XLMWin remains "0" after my initial withdrawal request.  

There is no support that I can ask help from as well. I had previously emails to them asking why I couldn't login on mobile but there were no reply at all even after emailing them many times. So I don't think email them now asking what happen to my withdrawal request will have any reply too. Besides deleting my withdrawal request and take away those earning, my referral was also removed. I have 1 referred user previously and now it is "0". If I don't have any referred users, there won't be any referral income shown there.

For those that are still using this site, have some caution that you might not be getting any XLM at all after all the time you put in collecting from it. Even if I can still access my XLM account, I do not wish to spend time collect from them where they won't be making any payment request.
