A few months ago a non-crypto investor asked me disdainfully, "What are you waiting for? Isn't it all over for Bitcoin?" I just smiled back and replied "Perhaps, you'll be right in the next century. Bitcoin isn't even going back to $10k." And here we are. Bitcoin is just a few bucks away from from $40k and has almost leapt up 150% in a year. We have already stepped into a territory of a bull run where Bitcoin does what only Bitcoin can.
But, it's just the beginning. We are still in the accumulation zone. We can still jump on the bull wagon. Right now we are largely on a ground where 'fear of missing out' is generating inflows. Can you imagine what happens once Bitcoin crosses this ground? All new 'all time highs' will headline crypto media like "Bitcoin has crossed $100k and Ethereum is $10k". Most altcoins will be in the green zone for longer periods. Well, this will be a reward for the patience and perseverance.
With that being said, today I am here to tell you my portfolio which I have altered a bit with a view for an extended bull run which I think has not begun yet. I mentioned that we are still in the accumulation zone and I will only call it a bull run once Bitcoin crosses that $50k psychological levels.
Overall, I am not a financial advisor nor I am qualified to be. However I have made my choice for the next bull run. While I hugely gained with the altcoins in the last two bull runs, but this time I am going with a much more balanced portfolio. My Portfolio For the Next Bull Run
- 30% for Bitcoin
- 20%Ethereum.
- 10% for Cardano and XRP.
- 10% for DOT, Avalanche, Cosmos.
- 5% for MATIC.
- 5% for Solana.
- 5% for DOGE, SHIB and APE.
- 2% for BNB.
- 2% CAKE,
- 2% ROSE,
- 2% LTC,
- 2% XTZ.
- The remaining 5% is free flowing amount.
I apply this last free flowing 5% to any new project of consideration or to any so called shitcoins where I foresee bigger gains. Recently I have invested $1k from this amount to Bittensor (TAO), AI Token, and thankfully, around 400% was the gain in almost 30 days, I have redeemed my profit and searched for another one. I got another one and made some profits on the way. Yes sometimes, it may backfire, but I don't keep eggs in one basket. Even this last 5% is divided into smaller portions.
At last a strategic note. As we all know that crypto markets may see a bull run like never before. This will be mainly for institutional money may be raining cats and dogs onto Cryptocurrency. An ETF approval for Bitcoin would bring other currencies under the same umbrella sooner or later. When crypto becomes more of an asset for institutional investors, I strongly believe that it would suffice as a regulatory landscape for crypto. So, crypto with regulatory clarity would drive mainstream adoption. And we all know how big an impact that would be.
Finally, just keep in mind that all my views are just projections and should not endorsed as financial advice. All numbers in my portfolio are only suggestive. It's always better to do your own research before reaching a conclusion.
Additionally, keep in mind that it's also better to believe in what you believe. Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies have been the hope for a democratic decentralized world economy for the last decade and are inching closer to this narrative day by day. Finally, what Bitcoin is doing right now, it's soaring and roaring. So, enjoy this phase and keep HODLing.
