Politics and Veterans is a "weapon of mass destruction" when you put these two words together.

I have said that I have a unique perspective into this type of matters. It's funny how when you know your time is limited on Earth the type of secrets you are willing to share.

Since 2014 I have intertwined myself with Leadership to see how they think, how they run things so I can  poke holes threw this "veil" to expose corruption.

Kind of funny though, most of what I learned and found was on accident. I am so accident prone you know.

Let us go deep into these words... What many people including veterans are fighting against.

You should know that I view things extremely rigid due to things I have been threw.

I am one of those people who do make you think... as like really? But if she? But if he? Well if "they" did this for her/him why are "they" not doing this for her/him now? If its equal for one then it should be equal for the other. These words in the Title take the equality away. It separates those who are pleasing, well liked, with connections that can get people what they need. Versus the same people, same cases (some worse) that walk away more bruised than the actual event.

A. Founded means "Well-founded means 'based on facts or good evidence; Well-founded can also mean based on sound judgment, reasoning, or evidence or matters that are adequately substantiated."

B. Unfounded means, "that a review of the facts shows no reason to believe that abuse or neglect occurred."

Let us play with this.....

C. Unsubstantiated means, "means an allegation that was investigated and the investigation produced insufficient evidence to make a final determination as to whether or not the event occurred."

D. Substantiated means,"supported by proof or evidence. It is something that is supported or verified by corroborating information."

"As adjectives the difference between unsubstantiated and unfounded. is that unsubstantiated is lacking substantiation; without evidence while unfounded is having no strong foundation; not based on solid reasons or facts."

E. Truth means, "The actual state of things."

F. Lie gets complicated because a lie by essence in the law is not a lie. It's called, "Perjury" which does mean "Perjury is the intentional act of swearing a false oath or falsifying an affirmation to tell the truth, whether spoken or in writing, concerning matters material to an official proceeding. .."

This interests me because I have dealt Law Enforcement that doesn't really understand the true meaning of the words they speak.

To say that an UNSUBSTANTIATED allegation was the reason for a case to be closed with no charges filed is a fallacy at best, and stupidity at the worst.

Yet, we all see that when any "victim" comes forward they are vulnerable to the attacks of the UNEDUCATED humans that don't know what they are saying. This leaves room for speculation and misunderstanding that allow the perpetrators to walk freely around us.

The Inspector General warned warned Pamela Powers and another guy to watch how they CHARACTERIZED what happened to this female veteran who is a staffer to a Democratic Chair.

"Missal also cited what he said were Wilkie's "inaccurate characterizations" in claiming vindication for the VA after neither the IG's office nor the Justice Department found enough evidence to support a sex assault or harassment case."

The not enough evidence came because the cameras in VA in DC were not working.

Does that mean she made it up?

Does that mean she lied?

Or in the eyes of those with authority, for a victim to be believed the perpetrator has to be arrested, brought up in charges?

Either way this is the culture at Department of Veterans Affairs. It starts at the top and trickles down. The man who did this is free... the female... well she will know have to deal with a pasty faced fat man that said, "the case was closed because her allegation was UNSUBSTANTIATED."
