A client of Coinbase out of Missouri is suing Coinbase for selling him XRP!!
Can 2020 get any crazier!! Apparently the answer is YES!! Amidst all the FUD recently around Ripple (XRP), The S.E.C. lawsuit, Major exchanges washing their hands of XRP, and the recent news that Coinbase will be suspending all sales and trades of the once 3rd largest Cryptocurrency in January, now a Coinbase customer is suing Coinbase for allowing the purchase of XRP when the S.E.C. says it's a security and allowing Coinbase to profit!!
Wow... That's all I can say about that. What's next!? If I had to guess this won't be the last lawsuit against an Exchange for listing XRP and selling it to consumers, if anything this guy is probably just single handedly opened the floodgates to more customers to sue Coinbase and other major exchanges.
This will undoubtedly cause more and more exchanges to stop the selling and trading of XRP over the next few weeks or more. This could be an awful thing concerning the future of Cryptocurrency in general, imagine these exchanges being made to make right any losses due to XRP!!
Let's pray the S.E.C.Changes their mind on XRP or else their may be a storm coming upon all the major exchanges, and the way we buy and sell cryptocurrencies forever.
