That's right, you heard it here first folks, the UK Government is officially entering the crypto game, and they're looking for someone to lead the charge. They even posted the job on LinkedIn, because the UK Government is cool like that. But, before you start applying, let me ask you, can you lead a team of top-notch Payments and Fintech experts? Or would you rather sleep on a pillow made of your uncle's beard hair?
The Treasury and Bank of England are working together on this CBDC taskforce, and I've already thrown my hat in the ring. So, if you're thinking of applying as well, don't hold your breath. This is my path to Prime Minister, and I'm not about to let anyone get in my way.
Now, I know some of you might be thinking, "But Clem, didn't some of the know-it-alls like Tony Yates (former BoE penny pincher) say that crypto is bad?" Well, to those people, I say, "Mehhh crypto bad" but I'm not one to be held back by the naysayers.
