A new chapter for BRGR

The title says it already, it is time for a new chapter for BRGR! As you all noticed the payments have been automated, a new P2E system is being used and a new project has been introduced (Aume's Axie Scholarship). We also have had a lot of new and awesome people join in the last couple of months, which created a perfect basis for us to really focus on growing on each specific part of the BRGR project. This includes more games, more decentralization such as a multisig wallet, more tools for better management, more community engagement and room for merging with partners. The recent and upcoming changes are mainly being carried by our new core team: Lange, Aume and Minioness, of course with the help of all the officers and Kings and Queens. This is one of the reasons I will be taking a step back. As I have been involved with other projects, I think it is time for others to take the lead. Especially since they are able to put in more time and funds than me and have the urge and the energy to grow this project into something way bigger than it would be with me having such a stake and leading position. 

The new core team has already basically been leading all things BRGR besides doing the financial management for a while. Furthermore, Lange has been automating the payouts (which other projects are starting to use as well) and is building a lot of amazing and innovative tools and projects in the background I'm sure everyone will be hearing about soon. In order for BRGR to really become on of the biggest blockchain gaming specific projects, it is therefore time to recognize that BRGR would fair better with Lange taking the lead. In order to do so, I will be moving all lands and community funds into the new multi-sig wallet - creating more transparency and a better decentralized and trustworthy basis for BRGR.  Furthermore I will send most of my stake in BRGR to Lange, to align the new leadership role with incentives. As there will also be changes in the now too expensive liquidity on Uniswap, which has put a hold on buying, trading and growing BRGR, I will be ending that liquidity. More liquidity will be provided on CCTip for the short term, and in the foreseeable future liquidity will be provided in a more scalable and less costly way. There will also be options for holders to get out OTC as ending the liquidity will basically provide us a snapshot of current valuations, basically creating a way out for current holders not trusting these new changes. I will still be involved and will make sure to do everything I can to keep BRGR creating value for holders and play2earners - this new chapter just seems perfect for BRGR to grow into what it is supposed to be: The fattest, juiciest and fun blockchain gaming specific project there is. 

POBB

Time for POBB #9. We have had 2 paydays and used our new play2earn model since last POBB. Our last count of the community fund was at 695,74932 BRGR and our BRGR total and max supply is at 9.852,293732 BRGR. Since we decided in POBB#7 that no burning is being done anymore due to costs and the decision to use all funds for growth this will be a fixed max supply: 

"Since gas costs make it expensive to burn BRGR on a monthly basis and the community fund is at 0 - which we like to grow back in order to expand - we have decided to move from 80/20 building/burning to 100% building up community funds with the 20% of dividends flowing to BRGR. This leaves the deflationary idea of BRGR behind for a bit, but gives us more room to grow which we decided will create more value for the time being. " - POBB #7

10,188258 (20%) will be used for community fund building

PayDay 22

10,20888 (20%) will be used for community fund building

Total for payday 21-22 comes down to 20,40 DAI equaling:

695,74932 BRGR + 11,9758 =707,72512 BRGR total in community fund. 

707,72512/9.852,293732 = 7.18% of all BRGR in community fund.
