The symbol that we currently use for BTC is very similar to the symbol of the national currency of Thailand, Baht Thai (฿), which may bear some misunderstandings.

To solve this problem, there is a large community that turns around the change of the current symbol by this other (Ƀ), very similar but with a horizontal line that intersects B.

In https://bitcoinsymbol.org/ they are clear that Ƀ should be the symbol representing bitcoin and they have been trying to transmit this idea to the community for several years. And what do you think?
