Spending on cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Light Coin, etc. has become easier than ever. Cryptocurrency trading website Coinbase has released a new Visa debit card. This means that merchants support Visa, where Coinbase Visa Debit Card can be used. This means that you can win real-life shopping, withdraw cash from ATMs, use cryptocurrency online wherever you are.
To avail this facility, you need to download a mobile app called Coinbase Card, from which you can check account details, current balance, statements, etc. Whatever you have in your Coinbase account, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Light Coins will be able to automatically send them on the card.
The card can be used to withdraw money and contactless payments, but you will have to pay different fees for different transactions. If you use the card, you will have to pay a 2.5% fee for each transaction. However, there is no maintenance fee to use the card. But you have to spend less than 20 euros a month.
To use the card in the countries of Europe, you will need to pay a 2.5% fee, and in other countries outside of Europe, you will need to pay a 1.5% fee. The card can currently be ordered for 1.5 euros, but the first 1,000 customers can get it for free. Maybe more countries in Europe will be added soon but it is not said when the US will come to support!
