Trust Wallet launches Swift: Revolution for smart contracts

By KMatt | Blogging Crypto | 21 Feb 2024

Trust Wallet, the crypto wallet with over 80 million users, announced the launch of Swift, a new feature that will revolutionize the way users interact with smart contracts.

Trust Wallet, in short, is one of the most popular crypto wallets in the world, which offers services including the custody, exchange and purchase of cryptocurrencies (also via credit card), collection of NFTs, staking, Web3 integration and dApp Browser, the all with an intuitive interface that is easy to use even for users of all experience levels.
Swift, the new feature, drastically simplifies interaction with smart contracts. Thanks to Swift, users can:
- sign smart contract transactions directly within the wallet, without the need to use external software or websites
- view smart contract information including parameters and status
- manage smart contract authorizations by allowing users to revoke granted authorizations, ensuring greater security.

Swift is just the beginning. As Trust Wallet continues to expand and evolve, it plans to add new features including support for new types of smart contracts and advance analytics capabilities to help users make informed decisions about using smart contracts.
