Who is the "ghost of Kiev"? The story of the Ukrainian pilot goes viral - it crashes six Russian planes ...
As Russian attacks on Ukraine continue, an "urban legend" has surfaced on Twitter, the story of a Ukrainian fighter jet pilot who has so far shot down six Russian planes.
The pilot has already been nicknamed "Ghost of Kiev", but so far there is no official confirmation of his identity.
In the meantime pictures have been published of the plane flying over Ukrainian cities, and destroying enemy planes.
The hero of Ukraine is now an "urban legend", as there are few fighter pilots who have managed to destroy such a large number of enemy aircraft.
However, much has been said about the "Ghost of Kiev" flying the MiG-29, which crashed six Russian planes on Thursday - becoming the "flying ace" of the 21st century.
"Flying ace" is considered to be the pilots who shot down five or more enemy aircraft during combat - which is an extremely difficult mission.
The "Ghost of Kiev" has so far shot down two Su-35 aircraft, a Su-27, a MiG-29 and two Su-25s.
Around 4:20 a.m. Thursday in central Kiev, wreckage of planes was seen in various neighborhoods, and the Ukrainian Defense Ministry confirmed that Russian planes had been shot down.
