I've written before about Cointiply, the crypto earning site that lets you do small tasks to earn different kinds of crypto. After a period of inactivity by its management, they are back, active, and making many changes. One of those changes in particular may be interesting for those of you who like to exchange crypto into other forms of crypto.
Historically, Cointiply supported a single type of deposit on account: Bitcoin. You would deposit Bitcoin and receive an amount of their coins - where 10,000 coins = $1 USD. You could then use the in-game currency to gamble on the Multiplier, purchase a Premium account, or so other tasks. Things have changed. You can now deposit eleven different cryptos, each with its own minimum.

I have not tested the exchange rates, but the ease of depositing a wide variety of currencies relatively simply and being able to get Bitcoin from a trustworthy source is absolutely worth considering.
