Imagine, that a hacker have stolen funds from Shezmu, a crypto hybrid lending platform, and demanded 20%, which the platform agreed, to send back the funds, with the platform granting him immunity in the case. They managed to negotiate and the hacker already sent back $5M.

The hacker could maintain the stolen amount but decided to use his expertise to keep the 20% in all the funds he "stole" and grant that nothing will happen to him regarding the case. Are we paying close attention in this?
