Gary Gensler will resign from SEC on December after the new US president, Donald Trump, announced in his presidential campaign that will fire him and appoint to the place someone who is pro-crypto.
The news still need an official announcement but it's predicted that Gary leave the agency and find himself free to accept a new gig in any industry that suits him and his level of criticism to the crypto space. It's funny that Justin Sun already proposed him a job with the condition he leave that anti-crypto posture out and Gary is likely to get that job as he deep inside love crypto.
For those who don't know, Gary Gensler when he was just a teacher on IMT he gave lessons on Crypto and praised the industry but somehow in his path things changed and he was the “executioner” of many crypto businesses.
It's also predicted that after the new chairman of SEC ditch many cases from the Gary time as many of them are dubious and don't have to be taken to the end. Hmm, are we entering a crypto heaven on US where crypto will be all free zone and roses? Remember:
