Come up with a business idea. Make sure that it will work. If it's a restaurant, it's more about running a business than it is making good food. It doesn't matter how good your food is. If you don't know the business side, you will fail.

Go to a bank and show a working model. Show how you will turn a profit. Show demand for what you're producing. and get a loan, preferably with low interest, which right now Trump is dropping those.
