There are two Mexicans and one jogger who do this in my neighborhood. They have crappy destroyed old trucks crazy overloaded with garbage. The scrap value on the stuff they take is less than their fuel cost.

Plowing is more lucrative but not driveways, who the heck pays for plowing a driveway? That's what snowblowers are for or you have your own truck with a plow if you have a bad driveway. The money is in parking lots, for which you need a plow truck, a regular baby crap half ton won't do it.
