Finished work a few hours ago. Currently cold outside. Lying in bed under covers with heat on. Work has been calm all week. Manager is chill and doesn't give a heck about company's performance processes. I think he may be jaded despite being in the job for less than a year. Barely see my manager anyway.

Spend 9 to 9 .30 on chores every morning. Have a one-hour walk outside at lunchtime every day. Friday afternoons of close to no work. Remembering the humiliation of the past few jobs I had where I either had a crap manager or was in a political work environment. Currently get paid more to do less in a much lower cost-of-living area. I'm currently feeling appreciative of my life.

Comfy work-from-home jobs don't exist. Nothing in this life is free or given out for free. I work hybrid but go to office once or twice a month, Anway. either they'll fire me or get used to it.
