Asparagus time - what a delicious time! Asparagus are just wonderful for such a wide range of dishes and bring a hint of spring in every meal! I was used to picking them myself as a child, last year when I lived for half a year in Croatia and Dominic came on a visit we randomly found some on a meadow by the sea 🐚 What a surprise and pleasure!
One of our favourite asparagus dishes is also a true classic, risotto with parmigiano!🍚
