A Spanish Tapa dish we fell in love with is patas alioli 🥔 Tasting them the decision was clear: we want to make them on our own!
That said and trusting our sense of taste we set about cooking. And the result was a true success! Simple, tasty and great to share though a bit different than the original potatoes.

Especially “the men’s version” as we like to call it (see 2. pic)🍺😁

The ingredients we used: potatoes, a lot of garlic, onion, local cream cheese, parsley, and spices. Now it’s your turn to experiment!✨
