A quick hint: the main ingredient can be found in every garden and has yellow flowers! 🌱 yes you’re right we’re talking about dandelions! But in this culinary speciality we are not using the blossoms but the leaves! They have a earthy, pleasingly bitter taste and will add a fresh kick to your meal! And the best: they are growing in your backyard so there is no need to leave your place!
