While we see BTC hitting the 10k mark again and many other cryptos are performing really well, there is one thing not many people talk about. From experience, I can tell the crash in December 2017 hit me like a brick. I was not prepared to see a flash crash and losing five digits in dollars within seconds felt like a huge failure. In a matter of minutes, I couldn't think straight, wasn't sure what to do and was completely confused about how the market could crash like this.
Sure things have changed slightly. The whole market became more mature. But this time I put together a strategy for myself when to take gains and when my stop loss will be triggered. So what is your strategy? Do you have one already? How did you come up with this strategy? Why did you set your stop loss at a specific mark? Unfortunately, these days you will read more and more comments like 'We will moon soon...', etc. and less about making smart decisions.
Any recommendations or feedback about smart money management is much appreciated.
