Crypto wants to change the culture but how the culture of change can help many people out of their miserable job?
Job culture has deteriorated because of the vicious cycle of competition. Crypto has been the same route of the vicious cycle. How the narrative of crypto can create a new type of job in the future is the question.
The competition itself is not bad. But when competition becomes vicious, the limited resource can only provide a certain range of people they work for.
Your input is exceed more than your output.
This is not sustainable.
A similar idea of crypto mining is an example of such competition.
It is also not feasible and sustainable.
I do not know how long crypto can keep this competition going for.
