NEW VIDEO EXPLAINER OF THE POSSIBLE 2025 BCH UPGRADES

A new video has been released covering two key Bitcoin Cash Improvement Proposals (CHIPs) set for finalization in November 2024, ahead of their planned activation in May 2025. The proposals, authored by Jason Dreyzehner, aim to enhance Bitcoin Cash’s smart contract capabilities. The first, CHIP-2021–05: Targeted VM Limits, seeks to optimize virtual machine limits to enable more advanced contracts and reduce transaction sizes. The second, CHIP-2024–07: BigInt, introduces high-precision arithmetic, simplifying complex smart contracts and improving network efficiency. Feedback and discussions on the proposals are ongoing on the Bitcoin Cash Research Forum, with several stakeholders already signaling their approval. Bitcoin Cash was the top gainer on SideShift.ai during the week of October 15 to 21, experiencing a significant 363.61% surge in volume. The total volume reached $473,787, marking a noteworthy increase for the cryptocurrency on the platform. BCH’s strong performance highlights its growing activity within the SideShift.ai ecosystem.

SAYOSHI NAKAMARIO GETS FUNDME CAMPAIGN FUNDED

Sayoshi Nakamario (the creator of fundme.cash) got funding for his fundme.cash fund. The fundme campaign, which aimed to raise 1.06 BCH, exceeded expectations by achieving 124.54% of the target, accumulating 1.32011 BCH. The funds will be utilized to conduct informational sessions across Edmonton, Canada, specifically targeting newcomers and prospective developers. A FIFTH OF GAMING (AFOG) RELEASES DEV BLOG #14
