PAYTACA WALLET UPGRADES AND ADDS WALLET CONNECT

Paytaca wallet has upgraded to version 0.17.0. This update adds the ability to use Wallet Connect 2.0 for web3 apps as well as a new Map option to see BCH accepting merchants in the Philippines.
