In the business world and marketing you always need to be understanding that people will always have an opposite opinion and view on things and guess what.... That it totally ok! In fact as a leader it allows you to gain more input then if you where stubborn headed. This allows you to make better decisions and honestly overall just build more profits for yourself.
Being understandable to others opinions and treating them with respect is critical. Of course there will always be those few bad apples that will simply swear and try to treat you like trash because you don't agree with them and my advice to you on that. Block and move on. There is a such a thing as respectful criticism and viewpoints and just as you are respectable to them for theirs they should also return the favor and do the same. If they don't these are not people you want in your life.
This leads me into today's topic about the CEO of Coinbase who honestly has created what I would call the largest crypto exchange and entry point of any other system currently in existence. If it was not for Coinbase and their vision bitcoin and other cryptos would be no where near the adoption levels they are at today. While you might not agree with everything they have done in the past it simply is a fact they have been a key part in adoption and real world case usage.
The CEO's vision for Coinbase in the next 5 years is now focused more on connecting people to cryptocurrency then trading and that makes sense. Trading and trying to track 1,000 coins and tokens is a hell of a project even more so since governments are still in the grey area about crypto.
At the moment Coinbase currently does this with the Coinbase earn program which goes through a number of videos which education the person on what that coin does then awards them with the coins which now that person is vested into it.
Other future projects will be crypto lending like P2P lending which has become much more popular in recent years and margin trading on Coinbase.
The CEO like I said above understand that others have unique views and input and while those people may have left the company he still keeps close ties with them and offers his support. This to me are the actions of a true global leader and someone that simply "gets it". By seeing others visions and their mission he can now select and help those he feels will continue to advance projects and adoption and also keep them close nit to Coinbase itself as a company that helped them get to that point.
My ending thought on this, Remember to always treat people with dignity and respect, unless of course their mission is to hurt you in which case I would highly recommend to dump them and move on. The faster you remove negatives from your life and instead work on real partnerships the faster you will grow. It's a choice you need to make every day in your life and doing so will enable you to live a happy and successful life.
