Bitcoin Aliens is a software company that has created 4 Android apps that can be found on the Google Play Store. I will only be discussing two of the apps that I have been using for months, Bitcoin Cash Giveaway and Litecoin Giveaway.

Each of these apps are identical with the winnings as the only difference. The crypto rewards are given out on a weekly basis, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Litecoin (LTC). On Monday night there is an automatic transaction and all of the Bitcoin Cash satoshi and Litecoin litoshi is deposited into a crypto address of your choosing. This is great because I do not have to do anything extra in order to receive my crypto.

This deposit is fairly small so it is important that you know that the address where you are depositing it in allows for small transactions. Coinbase and Gemini are two that will work well EDIT Gemini Earn through Genesis has shut down so I am not sure about continuing to add funds to Gemini.

I started out using Coinbase for the first until I realized that Gemini has a way to earn interest on both of these crypto currencies, so I switched over to Gemini EDIT Gemini Genesis Earn is no longer up and running. For Bitcoin Cash the current interest rate is 5.33% APY and Litecoin is 1.51% APY. This means that not only am I winning free crypto from Bitcoin Aliens but I am (NO LONGER) gaining interest on my crypto.

Bitcoin Cash Giveaway and Litecoin Giveaway are fairly simple to use. The top line “Hourly Claim Available” allows users to “spin” and win. There are 3 tiers to the Hourly Claim portion of the app. We start at the lowest tier, which has the least amount of satoshi or litoshi that can be won. As you spin, the reward is highlighted so that it cannot be landed on again. Somewhere in this tier there will be either 3-4 letters “B” for the Bitcoin Giveaway app or “L” for the Litecoin Giveaway app. Landing on one of these letters will send you to the middle tier.

The middle tier will have a higher rate of winnings and it will include one letter on this tier. Landing on the “B” or “L” will send you to the top tier. The top tier will have the best rewards. On Litecoin Giveaway I have won the top prize of 100,000 litoshi twice. I have never won the top prize of 50,000 in Bitcoin Cash Giveaway but I have won the second highest prize multiple times.

We start with 3 spins and we can get around 20 additional spins if we watch multiple advertisements, which can range up to 30 seconds per ad. The amount of spins we get per hour is a considerable amount and gives a pretty decent chance of winning a fair amount of satosi or litoshi. After all the spins are all used, we can choose only one of the highlighted numbers. My first game I thought I had won all of the highlighted numbers and I got excited so I did not select the highest number. Instead I randomly chose a lower amount reward and cashed out. So do not make the same mistake. Chose the highest number to get the best winnings.

There is another “Bonus Claim Available” part of the app that can be selected from the main screen to get additional winnings. Each spin is the reward that is given and each spin requires one advertisement to be watched.

There are addition ways to earn crypto by completing offer walls that can be selected from the main screen, which includes playing games and doing surveys. I did try out the game part and it works well.

In the system settings of the game you can change the default payment threshold so that you can cashout at a lower rate or even increase it to a higher rate if you so desire. I set my payment threshold to the lowest cash out possible and I set a personal weekly goal to get at least 40,000 Bitcoin Cash (BCH) satoshi and 100,000 Litecoin (LTC) litoshi.

So now I want to crunch some numbers and do a little math. 40,000 a week times 52 weeks is 2,080,000 BCH satoshi and 100,000 a week for 52 weeks is 5,200,000 LTC litoshi. Of course the value of the crypto will vary going up and down but I will always have the crypto until I sell it. And until I do sell it I will keep it earning interest in my Gemini portfolio EDIT Gemini Genesis Earn is no longer up and running. At the end of the year this may only be a couple of dollars at today’s current prices but it was not a lot of effort and can be done while watching TV instead of paying attention to the advertisements.
